Beginning in 2025, through the subsidiary non-profit Hollyburn Community Housing Society, the Hollyburn team now provides affordable community housing to North Shore residents. Information about community housing opportunities will be posted on this page.
Jinju Below Market Rental
The JINJU Rental by Anthem will provide 135 total new rental homes in West Coquitlam coming Summer 2025. Conveniently located just steps from the Burquitlam SkyTrain Station, Cottonwood Park, YMCA, shops and eateries, JINJU Rental offers an urban lifestyle in a well-established residential neighbourhood. This purposefully designed collection of rental homes offers studio to three-bedroom apartments and townhomes, combining efficiency with modern living.
With wellness at its core, the JINJU’s indoor and outdoor amenities are designed to foster connectivity and well-being.
In partnership with Hollyburn Community Housing, 20 units at Jinju are available for subsidized rental rates at 25% below the average market rent in the area.
To qualify, applicants must have a maximum gross household income of $87,000.
Anticipated rental rates for these units are as follows:
- Studio from $1,475/month*
- 1 Bedroom from $1,675/month*
- 2 Bedroom from $2,150/month*
- 3 Bedroom from $2,750/month*

Hollybrook Affordable Rental Housing
Located at 600 West Queens Road in North Vancouver, Hollybrook offers spacious and thoughtfully designed homes for families and seniors, set in one of the most desirable locations on the North Shore. This four-storey subsidized and affordable housing community features 86 modern one, two, and three-bedroom units, each designed to provide comfortable and functional living spaces.

Tenant selection, placement, and the property management of Hollybrook is provided by TPM Real Estate Property Management. TPM specialize in property management for non-profit housing societies and housing co-ops.
Subsidized Rents and Affordable Below Market Rents
Hollybrook offers structured subsidized and affordable rental rates designed to make high-quality urban living more accessible. Rental pricing is based on family composition and gross family income, with some subsidized units and available affordable at below-market rates.
Update: we have now reached the application capacity for subsidized housing (Rent Geared to Income and Deep Subsidy). New applications are not being considered until further notice.
However, Low-End Market Rent (LEMR) applications are still being accepted.
