This holiday season, Hollyburn Community Services Society is proud to be a charitable beneficiary of the Dundarave Festival of Lights, one of the North Shore’s most cherished holiday traditions.

For more than 30 years, the Festival has transformed Dundarave Beach into a dazzling Forest of Miracles, with hundreds of brightly lit trees sponsored and decorated by local families, businesses, and community groups. The celebration raises awareness and vital funds to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.

Funds raised through tree sponsorships and donations directly support Hollyburn’s wraparound housing and support programs for youth, seniors, families, and individuals at risk of homelessness. Contributions help provide early support, prevent crises, and build a stronger, more connected community.

The Dundarave Festival of Lights runs November 29 – January 7, lighting the West Vancouver waterfront from Dundarave Beach to Ambleside. Each Saturday leading up to Christmas, visitors can enjoy free concerts, cultural performances, and family-friendly activities under the Longhouse Tent at Dundarave Beach.

Together, we can help end homelessness and bring hope to the North Shore.
