The Youth Education Navigator program supports youth and young adults (15 to 30 years of age) who would like to return to secondary school, or considering post-secondary or trades, but simply do not know where to begin.
The program assists with navigating through complicated school entrance requirements as well as prepare, guide and apply for academic instruction. Working with the client, an Individualized Education Plan is developed to identify strengths, needs and well as short and long time goals pertaining to education. Detailed steps and processes necessary to enroll in an education or training while identifying resources required for successful completion is also included.
The Education Navigator provides ongoing coaching and mentoring until graduation.
“Navigating the Agreement for Young Adults application , Tuition Waiver and Youth Education Assistance fund seemed daunting, but with your support, it was much easier. Thanks so much!”
