Education Navigator

The Youth Education Navigator program supports youth and young adults (15 to 30 years of age) who would like to return to secondary school, or considering post-secondary or trades, but simply do not know where to begin.

The program assists with navigating through complicated school entrance requirements as well as prepare, guide and apply for academic instruction. Working with the client, an Individualized Education Plan is developed to identify strengths, needs and well as short and long time goals pertaining to education. Detailed steps and processes necessary to enroll in an education or training while identifying resources required for successful completion is also included.

The Education Navigator provides ongoing coaching and mentoring until graduation. Have a look at this resource for more information!

The GUIDE is designed for youth aged 15 to 30 who are interested in pursuing formal training or post-secondary education but may not know where to begin. Our team created this resource to guide youth through the process of selecting, applying for, and enrolling in education programs.
