Life Success Transition Housing
The Life Success Program provides transitional housing and support to help homeless young adults, ages 18 to 24, acquire the financial, life and social skills needed to live independently.
Key areas of focus include:
- Employment
- Education
- Interpersonal relationships
- Help in securing permanent housing
Life Success gives young adults a chance to get back on their feet, build skills, and develop a network of community resources while being encouraged and supported to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Transition Support Workers are on hand to support this path towards independent living and to help develop a sense of belonging, build social relationships and integrate back into the community.
